When applying for a job with us

 

We strive to make the experience of applying for a job at Kilde a good and professional one. Therefore, your application process is carefully organized.

 

At Kilde, we appreciate both the solicited and unsolicited applications we receive. We prioritize ensuring that you have a professional recruitment process when applying with us, and we continuously assess incoming applications. This means that you have the opportunity to apply with us whenever it suits you – either by applying for one of the advertised positions, or you can apply unsolicited if you do not find a position that matches your preferences.

 

We use an online recruitment system to handle all incoming applications. You can easily apply for both solicited and unsolicited positions with a simple registration. Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a receipt as confirmation of our receipt. If, unexpectedly, you do not receive a receipt email, please feel free to contact us.

 

For advertised positions, we assess incoming applications continuously. We strive to get back to you as soon as possible, and you will receive feedback within a maximum of four weeks. The respective department heads evaluate all incoming applications.
